Content & Attribution Standards
A plain-language overview of consent, media rights, tattoo credits, and brand-safe publication.
This launch copy is an operational draft and requires final legal review before public launch.Ownership stays with you
You retain ownership of original media. TattDaddy receives only the documented non-exclusive rights needed to review, format, publish, promote, and measure approved content.
Consent and age
Every visible person must be 18 or older and must have consented to publication. Non-consensual intimate imagery and deceptive edits are prohibited.
Credit every tattoo
Models must make a good-faith effort to tag the artist responsible for each visible tattoo, including style and placement. Unclaimed credits remain clearly labeled.
Corrections and disputes
Credited artists may confirm, correct, or dispute attribution. TattDaddy preserves history and may hide a marker while a dispute is open.
Other rights
Submitters must clear music, artwork, trademarks, locations, and likeness rights. Publication is always subject to moderation and brand-safety review.
